"Of all apps I have ever come across, this one has to be right up there on the most frustrating and not fit for purpose list! If I had a £1 for every time I get logged out, then I wouln't need to work! Constantly having to contact the school to say I can no longer log in, even though I know the password is correct. Sort it out or withdraw it, pointless the way it is!"

"Poor app. Logs you out regularly so you miss notifications. Often end up in a login loop when trying to log back in. Takes an age to load messages, regularly get "Oops... " message. Can't wait for our child's school to switch systems."
